How Could I Keep Forgetting to Announce!

       I have my first writing gig - OMG! OMG! How could I have kept on forgetting to announce that I have my first official food/wine writing appointment, albeit volunteer?? It's with Davis Life Magazine and my first article will come out in October. It's about the Vintage Aggie Wine Club, a really cool new wine club at UC Davis. Since UC Davis will be celebrating its Centennial starting in October, Vintage Aggie will be offering a Centennial wine for the Club from J.Lohr where two Aggies (that's UC Davis alumni) are winemakers. In fact, the only wine they offer in the Club are made by Aggies - very cool! So be on the look-out, but really don't worry because I'll be sending the link to the world once it comes out! Hooray, let the food/wine empire begin!
